Job description

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is a global leader in banking, investing, and wealth management. Its clients include institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors in every major market worldwide. The division offers investment management across all major asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset, and money market funds. For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services-including trusts and estates-along with loans, mortgages, and deposits.

As the Vice President, Banking Product Marketing within J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, you will play a vital role in the conception and delivery of strategic marketing priorities, offers, and content for our deposits business.

Job responsibilities

Partner closely with global deposits product and marketing leadership to tailor the story to a variety of client types and personas. Create content programs, websites, and other marketing deliverables to drive commercial success.
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing offers designed to drive net new money onto our platform. Establish an ongoing test-and-learn discipline across offer type, messaging, client segments, and channels to grow balances.
  • Partner across deposits product leadership, client experience, and marketing to reimagine the everyday banking experience, delivering an enhanced debit card and checking and savings experience that leads-and disrupts-the industry.
  • Innovate using LLMs and other AI tools to create more efficient and effective marketing.
  • Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across levels, regions, and channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • BA or BS degree.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in financial services, with a demonstrated track record of success and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services.
  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience delivering impactful marketing for print and digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and track deliverables through completion.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
