Security State Bank - Wyoming is hiring an experienced Market President for our Basin location.

The Market President is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and performance of the Basin market. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership across business development, lending, deposit growth, and community engagement, while ensuring safe, sound, and compliant banking practices. As the bank's senior representative in the market, the Market President builds strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in community or regional banking
  • Proven success in commercial and Ag lending, business development, and relationship management

  • Strong desire to live in and be a part of a smaller community
  • Strong familiarity with or established ties to the local market preferred
