Job Description
* Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk.
* Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits
* Prepare loan packet for presentation to Loan Committee and/or Board
* Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials
* Conduct analysis on loan accounts
* Collect on past-due accounts
* Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline
* Satisfies high-end customer needs; resolves major customer complaints
* Conduct private banking for customers
* Keep the President & CEO informed of financial results on the status of loans, banking competition, and new business developments
* Responsible for the development, management, implementation and ownership of key initiatives to support the expansion of the Commercial Real Estate Market
* Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities and organizations
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
