What We're Looking For

We are seeking two QA Engineers - Online Banking (level II and Senior) to join our Online Banking and Mobile Banking teams. The level/title will be determined throughout the interview process based on skills/experience in relation to the role. You will contribute to developing test cases, building automation, and performing testing on the services and applications that make up Cross River's COS platform. The ideal candidate is a collaborative engineer with experience testing reliable, performant, and scalable services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to perform manual and automated testing across Online Banking and Mobile Banking applications
  • Contribute to building and maintaining test automation across critical business domains
  • Participate in planning, triage, and prioritization of testing activities
  • Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and API testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused culture within the team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
  • Working knowledge of C#; experience with Specflow/Reqnroll is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL
  • 1+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is helpful but not required
