Position Title: Senior Product Manager

Position Location: 1500 Solana Blvd, Bldg 4, Ste 4500, Westlake, TX 76262

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Summary

Lead the RC1 integration product roadmap, aligning with business priorities and technical feasibility. Translate business and partner needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the point of contact for integration efforts with carrier partners, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams; and drive cross-functional collaboration with developers, quality assurance engineers, carrier relations and product leadership. Ensure that integrations meet performance, reliability and accuracy expectations. Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing, validate technical and business requirements; and prioritize and groom the integration product backlog, based on impact, risk and value. Analyze product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for improvement; and represent the product in sprint ceremonies, product demos, and planning sessions.

Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

Experience requirements: 7 yrs exp in product management, software engineering, or solution architecture, 2 yrs of which must have focused on integration products or APIs w/i the insurance, financial services or SaaS domains.

Must have prior experience with:

Defining, building and managing system integrations, APIs and data pipelines leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP);

Terraform, Databricks, Snowflake or StreamSets;

Working with engineering teams on microservices architecture, RESTful API design, event-driven systems, and enterprise application integration using technologies including Java, Python or Node.js;

Collaborating with engineering, QA, data, and carrier or external partners to deliver complex integrations, from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring reliability, performance and compliance;

Conducting product performance analysis, backlog grooming, and UAT/QA validation; and

Driving continuous improvement through measurable KPIs and iterative delivery in an Agile or Scrum environment.
