Job description

Role: Java/Python Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Columbus, OH/ Plano, TX

Position: W2

Visa: USC/EAD

We are looking for a strong Java/Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI or AI-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and/or Python.
  • Build and integrate AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and automation workflows.
  • Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
  • Work with databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
  • Good understanding of backend development, APIs, and microservices.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on Agentic AI experience will be strongly preferred.
