ValidaTek is searching for an Operations Voice Manager who will oversee all operations and enhancements of voice communication systems for a large DoD IT infrastructure program providing a common view for all enterprise-wide users.ย 

Responsibilities

In this role, the Operations Voice Manager will:

  • Plan and implement a voice communications infrastructure and strategy to meet current and future customer needs, ensuring the infrastructure meets/exceeds all DoD government standards, practices, and regulations.
  • Monitor system for performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • As Subject Matter Expert, stays current with best practices and emerging technologies to make recommendations on process and system improvements and future enhancements.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to a high-performing team.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT systems, ensuring reliability and availability to end users.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing voice communication operations in a cleared government environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert on voice communication systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong oral and written communications and the proven ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.
  • Security Plus certification.
  • All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • All candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
