Position Summary

The QA/ISO Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the company Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards. This position leads quality assurance activities, manages audit and inspection programs, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams, customers, and regulatory agencies to maintain quality and safety standards, with direct management/supervision of up to 3 employees.

Domestic and international travel may be required.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements, including coordination with regulatory bodies and customer representatives.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews; monitor quality metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to quality personnel and cross-functional teams to support production quality and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned
