Job description

Prestige Stamping LLC is a high volume manufacturer of tight-tolerance washers and other small metal stampings. We provide stampings to the automotive, construction, agriculture and heavy truck industries. 


Prestige Stamping LLC is currently seeking candidates for the position of:


Press Operator


Day & Midnight Positions Available


Day shift Hours are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Midnight Shift Hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am


Job Responsibilities:

As a Press Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Operate press machinery to produce quality parts according to production requirements and supervisor instructions.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment before use and report any safety, operational, or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor part quality throughout production and work with Quality Control to address any issues.
  • Load coils, monitor cradle operation, and ensure the correct steel size and grade is being used.
  • Safely handle, band, and return coils as required.
  • Remove and install die sections and die shoes following proper safety procedures.
  • Monitor steel alignment and make adjustments as needed to maintain proper production.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Complete required production paperwork, including E.O.R. tickets, hopper tags, and tool correction forms.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and work instructions.
  • Communicate equipment, quality, material, or contamination concerns promptly to supervisors or team leaders.
  • Assist with other production-related duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must have good communication skills,
  • Excellent attendance, including being on time for your shift every day,
  • Must be a team player,
  • Must be able to pass a physical, lift 50 lbs. and be able to work on elevated press platforms
  • Minimum 2+ years die setting/ production experience
