Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a well-qualified professional to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. The MMIII is a 1970s era weapon system scheduled to be retained as the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system until at least 2050. The IMDS Data Integrator Principal Logistician is a dynamic position that will allow opportunities to support the entire MMIII weapon system. The IMDS Data Integrator duties include: * Support periodic sustainment activities of LF, MAF and support equipment are documented accurately in IMDS. * Support Job Standards (JST), periodic maintenance inspections and Job Master Listing are reconciled within IMDS IAW governing guidance to accurately reflect maintenance activities. * Process online and background IMDS reports and inquiries for MMIII Program Office Personnel. * Support documenting actions affecting the weapon system in the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS). * Support documenting Programmed Depot Maintenance and other Depot-level programs in IMDS. * Support changes for all equipment and sites are entered, as are the Time Compliant Technical Order, Master Change Log, weapon system modifications and time change programs. An initial IMDS load for all support equipment including any inspections not yet documented is performed and long-term sustainment forecasts are validated and reconciled in IMDS. * #ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance with missile maintenance field experience or 10 years of Maintenance Management Production experience with extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations. * At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership. * Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner. Strong interpersonal skills, works well with others, and responds well to direction. * Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and AFNWC. * Knowledge of weapon system parts and parts ordering processes. * Must possess a IMDS background. * Ability to interpret/apply applicable Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Community College Air Force (CCAF) Degree in one of the following: Missile Maintenance Technology, Space and Missile Maintenance Technology, Electronic Systems Technology, or Mechanical and Electrical Technology degree * Current Top Secret security clearance. Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
