Job description

Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience leading and supervising others in aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
• Experience troubleshooting aircraft malfunctions to the component level.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of quality management systems and adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with electronics, electrical schematics, and circuits.
• Experience working on Development Programs or Flight Test Programs is preferred.
• Experience with DoD systems, including AFTO 781 forms and IMDS, is desirable.
• Experience building relationships with US government personnel is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
