Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

  • Responsible for Quality tasks and deliveries on APQP projects
  • Quality planning during new businesses quotation phase (TFC, ELC, testing, etc..)
  • PPAP management and coordination with internal parties, customers and suppliers
  • Responsible for Quality resource and testing planning for new businesses (RFQs)
  • Support R&D and Manufacturing Engineering with DFMEA and PFMEA creation, review and submission
  • Coordinate Control Plan creation and review
  • Responsible for IMDS creation, revision and submission to customers
  • Responsible for APQP and PPAP customer portals management
  • Responsible for creation and revision of Quality Planning procedures according to latest CSRs and internal findings
  • Responsible for training and guiding internal departments on AIAG Core Tools and PPAP elements.
  • Responsible for coordinating customer PPAP visits and subsequent actions
  • Develop and track PPAP and APQP KPIs for reporting progress on new launches
  • Supporting Production Quality on investigations and actions on new launch quality complaints.
  • Coordinate Measurement schedule and planning with Metrology team members and production quality.
  • Other duties as assigned
