We are hiring motivated sales professionals to join our IT Sales team. We prefer candidates from telecom, printing/copier/MPS, or hardware reselling/VAR backgrounds due to their strong solution-selling skills, field activity, and comfort working with business and IT buyers. This position involves prospecting new clients across multiple channels, visiting customer and partner offices, and representing the company at tradeshows and events. We provide training on IT services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting

  • Prospect through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
  • Visit customer offices and partner offices weekly
  • Attend and work tradeshows, conferences, and partner events
  • Maintain strong follow-up cadences and CRM hygiene

Sales Execution

  • Understand customer needs and recommend IT service solutions
  • Collaborate with presales/engineering to craft proposals
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline through CRM
  • Meet monthly activity metrics and quarterly revenue targets

 Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with customers and technology partners
  • Develop repeat and referral business
  • Present capabilities professionally to business and IT stakeholders

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

  • Telecom B2B sales (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, UCaaS/VoIP providers)
  •  Copier/printing/MPS sales (Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, etc.)
  • Hardware reseller or VAR sales (CDW, SHI, Insight, Zones, Dell/HP/Cisco channel)

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and activity discipline
  • Excellent communication and follow-up habits
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings
