Job description

Skillsoft is seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives across North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop and implement integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy. 

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences. 

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion. 

  • Event Management: Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events. 

  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 

Skills & Qualifications Required 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role. 

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. 

  • Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas. 

  • Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America. 

  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry. 

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. 

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $130,000- $145,000 annualized.
