Temporary Recruiter with opportunity for hire Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote) Salary: Commensurate with experience Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Recruiter specializing in high-volume healthcare recruitment, you’ll be the engine that fuels the hiring success. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, ensuring our talent pipeline is always strong, diverse, and ready to meet business needs. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively we can scale our teams, impacting everything from customer satisfaction to company growth.

What You'll Do Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles for high-volume positions. Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean searches, and niche talent communities. Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.

Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, and availability before passing them to recruiters. Track and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to keep them engaged for future opportunities.

Leverage ATS and CRM tools to organize candidate data and ensure a seamless handoff to recruiters. What You'll Bring 2+ years of sourcing experience, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting environments. MUST have experience in "relationship/strategy" recruiting - Multi state recruiting required Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and niche job boards.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines at once. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates quickly and authentically. iCIMS experience is a plus but must have ATS experience.
