Manage client inboxes and calendars
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and scheduling
Conduct research and compile findings or reports
Prepare presentations, agendas, and other internal documents
Book and manage travel, expenses, and logistics
Provide light HR and finance support (invoicing, contracts, etc.)
Act as a liaison between the client and their team or customers
Operations Support
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Organize digital files, CRMs, and shared drives
Support onboarding and offboarding workflows
Collaborate with vendors and external partners
Assist with launches, events, or internal initiatives
Digital Marketing Support
Schedule or publish content across social media platforms
Create or update branded assets using Canva
Draft, proofread, and edit marketing copy or newsletters
Support light website or blog updates
Track engagement and flag trends or performance metrics
