Job description

We are a legal marketing company looking for a Social Media & Creative Manager to manage social media and creative production for a portfolio of law-firm clients.

This is a hands-on position for someone comfortable moving between content planning, writing, graphic design, video production, and basic paid-social campaigns. You will manage the day-to-day social media needs of approximately 6–10 clients while helping us improve and expand our overall creative-production capabilities.

The right person will be organized, dependable, creative, and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines without needing constant direction. You will not be expected to do everything alone. Video production, editing, and graphic production will be a collaborative effort between this position and our creative department, but you will be responsible for developing concepts, writing scripts, providing creative direction, and reviewing the finished work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for approximately 6–10+ law-firm clients.
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
  • Write, edit, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create graphics, infographics, carousels, and other visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Develop ideas and write scripts for short-form videos, explainer videos, and other video content.
  • Direct other team members responsible for graphic production and video editing and review completed creative product for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Occasionally assist with video editing or post-production when needed.
  • Build and manage basic paid-social campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Review social media performance and make recommendations based on engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant metrics.
  • Maintain the individual voice, visual identity, and goals of each client.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and make sure content is completed and published on time.
  • Join occasional client calls to discuss content, campaigns, or upcoming priorities.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, AI-assisted creative tools, and new content formats.
  • Help develop more efficient and scalable creative-production processes.
  • Potentially help train and supervise additional creative or social media team members as the department grows.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, creative production, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media for multiple clients, brands, or business locations.
  • Strong graphic-design skills and experience creating professional social media assets.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Professional experience with Canva.
  • Experience using a social media management platform.
  • Experience using AI tools to support writing, design, video, or other creative work.
  • Experience developing video concepts and scripts and providing direction to video editors.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing basic paid-social campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage several clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a completely remote environment.
  • A portfolio that includes examples of social media content, graphic design, video, or related creative work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, advertising, media production, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working for a marketing agency.
  • Experience in legal marketing or working with law firms.
  • Familiarity with attorney-advertising considerations and the additional care required when creating legal content.
  • Experience directing virtual assistants, freelancers, or junior creative professionals.
  • Experience with basic social media analytics and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $55,000+, depending on experience
  • Completely remote position
  • 15 paid company holidays per year
  • 10 paid PTO days per year
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Eligibility for performance bonuses

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a portfolio or examples of relevant work. Your portfolio should include a selection of social media graphics, infographics, videos, campaigns, or other creative assets that demonstrate your abilities.

Company Description

We are a fully remote digital marketing company specializing in marketing for law firms. We work with law firms throughout the United States to improve their online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support long-term growth through social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, creative production, and broader digital strategy.
We are a boutique, hands-on company where employees work closely with leadership and have a direct impact on both our clients and the direction of the business. We value high-quality work, dependability, organization, clear communication, creative thinking, and people who are willing to take ownership of their responsibilities.

As the company grows, employees will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities, earn salary increases and larger performance bonuses, move into leadership roles, and help shape new services and internal processes.
