About The Role

We're looking for a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support our President across business and nonprofit initiatives. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who's not just looking for another gig, but someone excited to grow with us. No side hustles, just full commitment to a role where your contributions will genuinely matter.

You'll be doing everything from managing schedules and communications to crafting marketing content using our internal GPT tools and brand voice, supporting outreach, and helping with day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

Plus, you'll lend a hand with Feeding Mouths, Filling Minds, our President's nonprofit . What You'll Be Doing ️ Executive & Admin Support Own the President's inbox, calendar, scheduling, and communications Act as a bridge between internal/external stakeholders and the executive Arrange travel, book meetings, coordinate logistics and event needs Assist with professional and occasional personal administrative tasks Support with client surveys, certification renewals, and general admin Marketing & Content Support Create branded content in Canva and assist with visuals, decks, and docs Use our internal GPT to help draft blogs, marketing copy, and social content Manage and post to social media accounts (LinkedIn, IG, etc.) Make light edits and updates to the company website (hosted on Squarespace) Sales Enablement Draft, edit, and polish proposals, presentations, and outreach messages Prepare the President with research and context before sales meetings Keep CRM (Bigin) updated and help track outreach and follow-ups Coordinate meetings, events, and prospect communications Project Management & Research Track projects, tasks, and deadlines to keep things moving Conduct research to support proposals, meetings, and business development Nonprofit & Personal Support Support ongoing admin and project work for our nonprofit Occasionally assist with personal tasks (like booking appointments or researching travel) Who You Are You're all in, ready to focus, grow with the role, and stay long-term You learn fast, take initiative, and love solving problems You have a sharp eye for detail, strong writing skills, and a knack for staying organized You're comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears when needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus!)
