You remain in contact with your employer via email, phone, and chat applications. The details of this job vary depending on the needs of your employer, but if you lack experience, you can plan to undergo virtual training with your employer before starting your job duties.

General duties may include helping clients draft emails and letters, schedule appointments, and organize electronic files. You may also document daily and weekly tasks, such as meetings, deadlines, and other projects. You do most of your work online, but you may need to occasionally join meetings virtually over the phone or through online portals. You may also be responsible for communicating with vendors and other business associates to confirm orders or meetings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a virtual assistant with no experience, and why are they important?
