About the Role:

The Virtual Care Support Service Medical Assistant plays a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services through virtual platforms. This position is responsible for supporting healthcare providers by managing patient interactions, coordinating virtual appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinical staff. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to accurately document patient information and assist with clinical workflows remotely.
