Job description

We're looking for a strategic, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead integrated marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients.
This role is ideal for a marketer who understands how to connect brand strategy, digital performance, customer engagement, and cross-channel execution into cohesive campaigns that drive measurable business growth. You'll work across paid media, organic social, email, SEO, video, website strategy, events, and analytics to create seamless customer experiences and high-performing marketing programs.
You'll collaborate closely with creative, media, content, and leadership teams to develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns that increase demand, strengthen brand positioning, and support client growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Build cohesive customer acquisition and retention campaigns spanning paid media, social, email, SEO, video, web, SMS, and experiential marketing
  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, promotional calendars, product launches, and market opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journey performance and conversion across channels
Digital Marketing & Campaign Optimization
  • Oversee campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, email marketing platforms, SEO, and other performance channels
  • Partner with media and creative teams to develop high-performing campaigns, messaging, and content strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversion metrics, and ROI to drive continuous optimization
  • Analyze audience insights and marketing data to inform strategic recommendations and growth opportunities
Content & Brand Strategy
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling, conversion-focused marketing assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels
  • Help shape messaging strategies that differentiate clients in competitive markets
Event & Experiential Marketing
  • Support the strategy and promotion of client events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate integrated event marketing campaigns including paid social, email, landing pages, in-store/in-office materials, and follow-up nurture campaigns
  • Develop strategies that strengthen customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance insights focused on business impact, lead generation, and channel performance
  • Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations and strategic direction
  • Track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and execution across all projects

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy and customer journey optimization
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics platforms
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing data and translating insights into strategic action
  • Strong communication, organization, and project leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, lifestyle, or consumer marketing is a plus
  • Agency experience is preferred
