In this role, you will collaborate closely with the creative and growth teams to produce ads and brand content that capture attention, tell a clear story, and drive results. You will edit a wide range of content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels, with occasional opportunities to support larger-format video campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who lives in Premiere Pro, thinks in strong hooks, and enjoys refining every cut until it lands. What You'll Do Edit video creative for paid social, organic social, YouTube, and other digital channels. Transform raw footage, creator content, product footage, and campaign assets into polished video ads. Shape story, pacing, sound, color, motion, and visual flow to create engaging edits. Develop both vertical short-form content and horizontal video formats. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail. Review performance results and apply learnings to improve future creative.
