Headquartered in Los Angeles, THETEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities, including New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Madrid, Mexico City, Toronto, Paris and Sydney. For more information, please visitTHE.TEAM.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support the visual storytelling of THETEAM's women's advisory practice, The Collective. This role will be responsible for bringing The Collective's cross-disciplinary work across sports and marketing to life through compelling, on-brand design. If you're passionate about advancing women in sports, music and entertainment, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact.

These channels represent key areas of THETEAM so you'll be expected to develop a strong understanding of THETEAM brand, talent roster, and partners. You'll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates brand voice and elevates The Collective's presence across platforms.

A major focus of this role will be translating The Collective's research and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest creative - ranging from social graphics and infographics to motion and short-form video assets. THETEAM works in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Design & Execution

  • Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital, and marketing channels.
  • Develop graphics, templates, and visual systems that ensure consistency across The Collective's platforms.
  • Execute a range of assets including social posts, carousels, and marketing collateral
  • Support motion design and short-form video editing as needed.
  • Translate research, data, and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest content (infographics, reports, social assets).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring research narratives to life through design.
  • Balance creativity with clarity to ensure information is both engaging and accessible.
  • Maintain and evolve The Collective's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to align creative with strategic goals
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to take and apply feedback while upholding a high standard of design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/entertainment environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication.
  • Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box.

Base salary range: $61-82K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
