Job Description:
Under the leadership of the CEO, we are seeking a Vice President of Growth to serve as a key partner and the operational driver of our growth and performance sales engine.

This leader will build and scale our dealer/customer acquisition strategies, guiding both our internal team and external partners to deliver best-in-class performance across all channels.

The Vice President of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that efficiently accelerates sales targets and revenue growth while optimizing the full customer funnel, "From Acquisition to Conversion to Retention."

As a senior leader in a fast-moving, high-tech environment, the ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, a strong bias for structured testing and learning, and a proven track record of unlocking incremental growth and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision Planning:
    • Define and execute a long-term growth strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and scales revenue
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure growth initiatives are integrated and cohesive
    • Identify and penetrate new market segments, geographical regions, and dealer networks to broaden the company’s footprint.

  • Dealer & Customer Acquisition
    • Build and optimize scalable systems for acquiring both dealers and end-users through diverse channels (digital, content, partnerships, and events).
    • Develop and manage dealer programs, ensuring partners have the necessary training, resources, and incentives to achieve aggressive sales targets.
    • Oversee the growth budget, ensuring disciplined resource allocation to maximize ROI and optimize the Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratio.

  • Full-Funnel Optimization & Data Strategy
    • Analyze and refine the end-to-end user path—from initial awareness to conversion and long-term retention—to eliminate friction and maximize throughput.
    • Establish a rigorous framework for data collection and analysis, utilizing insights to drive strategy and pivot tactics in real-time.

  • Team Leadership & Organizational Growth
    • Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and training
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration between Sales team and other departments in Taiwan

  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Establish and track key performance indicators, including weekly/monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth, conversion rates, and channel productivity.
    • Provide regular, data-backed updates and growth forecasts to the CEO

  • Own the Revenue Target: Take full accountability for the company’s top-line revenue, ARR/MRR growth, and customer acquisition targets. You are expected to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

  • Hands-On Sales Execution (Lead by Example): Actively participate in the sales process. Join both client pitches and lead negotiations and even for enterprise-level deals, and demonstrate to the team how to overcome objections and close contracts.

Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

  • Industry Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in the golf industry, particularly with experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Sports Turf Facilities Director, is a significant advantage.

  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and build high-level customer relationships.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.

  • Leadership Traits: A growth-oriented mindset with an open, positive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
