You're the first point of contact for customers walking through our doorsand often the reason they leave as loyal Verizon advocates. As a Wireless Sales Executive, you'll consult with consumers and businesses to match them with the right wireless solutions, from the latest devices to home connectivity services. Your success is measured in closed sales but built on relationships.
You'll diagnose needs, solve problems on the spot, and create opportunities where others see transactions.
What You'll Do
  • Drive sales of wireless devices, plans, accessories, and residential services (including FiOS) to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Own the customer experience from greeting to checkoutanswering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns with confidence
  • Prospect creatively through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing clients to generate repeat business
