Sr. Vice President, Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

SelectQuote is seeking a sophisticated, ROI-focused SVP of Marketing to lead our digital acquisition engine. This position oversees a digital marketing team with an annual budget of $75 Million, tasked with generating over $300 Million in Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) annually. This is a high-velocity performance seat. This position will oversee a comprehensive digital ecosystem including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate Click Traffic, Monetization, and Digital Analytics. This role contributes to organizational success by driving digital acquisition performance, optimizing marketing investment, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Full accountability for the efficiency of a $75M annual digital marketing spend across multiple business units.

Possess a “General Manager” mindset, treating every dollar as an investment toward furthering the business objectives of divisional leaders as measured by financial return on ad spend and LTV-CAC.

Continue to build and evolve Search Engine Marketing efforts, including adapting to the influence of AI on search engine results.

Grow the SEO channel and help navigate the evolution of SEO to Answer Engine Optimization.

Scale acquisition efforts across Paid Social channels including Meta and emerging platforms.

Grow revenue through Affiliate Click Traffic partnerships.

Partner with business units to define and execute lead monetization strategies.

Ensure the integrity of web analytics and support data-driven decision making.

Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and workflows that drive meaningful operational efficiency.

Lead a highly motivated and talented group of digital marketers while supporting their execution and professional growth.

Hyper-focus on full-funnel performance marketing and understanding of how top-of-funnel shifts impact down-funnel retention and long-term margin.

Ability to navigate the rapidly evolving search landscape, including AI-driven search and changing user behaviors.

Strong executive presence with comfort presenting and interacting with C-level leadership.
