Team Development & Operational Excellence

  • Mentor, coach, and develop Associate Directors, Supervisors, and Investment team members.
  • Elevate strategic thinking, investment acumen, analytical rigor, and communication skills across the team.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for executional quality, operational consistency, and investment stewardship.
  • Foster collaboration across Planning, Account Services, Analytics, Operations, Linear Investment, and Technology teams.
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, accountability, and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience & Technical Expertise

  • Strong performance media background with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep expertise across CTV, OTT, OLV, Programmatic, Audio, Streaming, and emerging digital media ecosystems.

  • Significant video investment experience, including strategic planning, marketplace negotiations, and performance optimization.

  • Strong publisher and media partner negotiation skills, including experience securing favorable pricing, added value, and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

We're a media agency built for brands that value intention.

At Attention Arc, we exist to restore intention to media. We combine deliberate media craft with technology designed to amplify it. We build trusted partnerships so every decision stays aligned with what matters most.

We're committed to building an agency where everyone has a genuine seat at the table and is trusted to step in and contribute - fostering collaboration, encouraging curiosity, and creating opportunities for people to take ownership and make an impact.

Because when people feel heard, respected, and confident to step forward, we all move forward - together.
