Job description

About Thrive

Thrive is a leading global provider of NextGen managed services, delivering cybersecurity-first, cloud, infrastructure, AI-driven automation, and digital experience solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Withย nearly 30ย acquisitions completed and a rapidly scaling global platform, Thrive is building a standardized, AI-enabled services architecture designed for operational leverage, margin expansion, and durable value creation.ย

We are entering our next phase: platform consolidation, product standardization, AI monetization, and scalable integration discipline.ย
ย

Role Overview

The EVP of Productย is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsibleย for definingย and leadingย Thriveโ€™sย end-to-end product and platform strategy across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Experience, Infrastructure, and AI-powered services.ย This leader will ownย anย end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to roadmap, delivery,ย commercializationย and in-life optimization, across our managed services and technology offerings.ย

This executive will transform a multi-acquisition services portfolio into a standardized, repeatable, high-margin platform โ€” driving clarity in packaging, pricing, roadmap prioritization, vendor strategy, automation, and ServiceNow enablement.ย

This is a highly strategic and operationally rigorous role. The EVP must bring structure, discipline, and platform thinking to a complex and evolving environment.ย
ย

Key Responsibilitiesย

Platform & Portfolio Strategyย

  • Defineย Thriveโ€™sย 3-year product vision aligned to revenue growth and EBITDA expansionย targets.ย

  • Rationalizeย acquiredย service offerings into standardized, tiered, scalableย packages.ย

  • Establish clear product segmentation (core, advanced, AI-enabled, verticalized solutions)ย

  • Lead lifecycle management: build, enhance,ย sunset.ย

  • Continuously scan market, customer and competitive trends to inform strategy, identify new opportunities and proactively manage product innovation.ย ย

AI & Automation Monetizationย

  • Define andย executeย Thriveโ€™sย AI-first services strategyย that is tightly integrated into the product roadmap.ย ย

  • Identifyย opportunities to embed AI and automation into existing and new offerings to improve outcomes (speed, quality, risk) and driveย accretiveย revenue, margin expansion, or cost-to-serve improvement.ย ย

  • Productizeย automation and AI into revenue-generating offerings.ย

  • Defineย and leadย AI governance, internal enablement, and client-facing packagingย for AI and automation.ย

  • Partner with ServiceNow and key vendors to embed AI at the platform level.ย

Marginย Expansionย & Operational Leverageย

  • Parter with Finance and Operations to define a clear margin improvement agenda across the product and services portfolio, with specific targets for gross marginย and driving product-level margin visibility.ย

  • Improve gross margin throughย vendor rationalization, tool consolidation, and thoughtful build/buy/partner decisions that simplify the stack and increase buying power.ย ย

  • Embed automation into workflows and service deliver to reduce manual effort, improveย quality and consistency, and expand labor efficiency without compromising customer outcomes.ย ย

  • Design offerings that are operationally scalable, standardized architectures, repeatable implementation patterns, and well-defined service tiers so that growth translates into expanded margins rather than linear cost increase.ย ย

Integration & Standardizationย

  • Establishย a standardย product integration playbook for acquisitions.ย

  • Rapidly assessย acquiredย products and services for strategic fit, overlap, technical health, customerย impactย and financial performance, and translate findings into clear recommendations.ย ย

  • Lead Day 0โ€“180 product harmonization roadmap, defining which offerings to keep, enhance, sunset or migrate, and in what sequence and timeline.ย ย

  • Eliminateย duplicative tools and service fragmentation.ย

  • Ensure integration decisions balance growth and churn risk.ย

  • Ensure that each acquisition strengthens, rather than fragments, the overall platform and portfolio, driving toward a more standardized, and margin-accretive product set over time.ย ย

Customer & Marketing -ย GTM Alignmentย

  • Deeplyย understandย customer segments, personas, and journeys across our core industries, ensure voice-of-the customer and frontline feedback are systematically fed into product decisions.ย ย

  • Partner with CRO and Marketing to:ย

  • Simplifyย messaging.ย

  • Align packaging andย pricing.ย

  • Enable sales with clear valueย propositions.ย

  • Support verticalized offerings (Financial Services, Healthcare, PE portfolio companies, etc.)ย

  • Support strategic customer engagements, renewals, and large pursuits by articulating our product roadmap, differentiation, and value proposition.ย ย

Product Governance & Operating Modelย

  • Implementย and enforce aย structured productย roadmap,ย governanceย frameworkย and operating model.ย ย

  • Establishย prioritizationย frameworkย thatย balanceย customer value, revenue impact, strategicย fitย and operational feasibility โ€“ focusing onย ROI andย aย value creationย plan.ย

  • Build product KPI dashboard:ย

  • Revenue by product lineย

  • Gross margin by productย

  • Attach ratesย

  • Adoptionย

  • AI penetrationย

Leadershipย

  • Build,ย coachย andย retainย aย high-performing product organizationย capable of executing in a high-growth multi-country environment.ย

  • Foster a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decisions, disciplined execution, and continuous learning.ย ย

  • Set clear expectations,ย rhythmsย and success metrics for the product teams.ย ย

  • Attract top product talent and create succession plans forย future productย leaders.ย

  • Champion cross-functional leadership and partnerย closely with COO, CTO, CRO,ย CMO,ย CFO, and CPO.ย

  • Model executive presence with customers, analysts,ย partnersย and the Board, serving as the voice of the product strategy and market vision.ย

Experienceย

  • 15+ years in product leadershipย including 7+ years in senior strategic leadership rolesย within:ย

  • Managed Servicesย

  • SaaSย

  • Cybersecurityย

  • Cloud platformsย

  • Experience scaling multi-entity or acquisition-driven platforms.ย

  • Demonstrated success in creating clear product strategies, roadmaps and investment cases and driving themย through toย execution.ย ย

  • Deep experience translating customer and market insight into differentiated offerings and successful commercial outcomes.ย ย

  • Provenย track recordย of improving gross margin via productย discipline.ย

  • AI and automation strategy experienceย stronglyย preferred.ย

  • Experience working in PE-backed or high-growth environmentsย preferred.ย

Leadership Attributesย

  • Strategic and systemsย thinkerย with the ability to connect vision to detailed execution.ย ย

  • Customer-obsessed, commerciallyย savvyย and data-driven in decision making.ย Structured, methodical thinker.ย

  • Platform mindset vs. custom solutions mindset.ย

  • Exceptional leadership and people-management skills; able to inspire, coach and scale a diverse global team.ย ย

  • Financially fluent, able to partner with Finance on business cases, understand EBITDA and margin implications, and use cost-to-serve data to inform product and pricing decisions.ย ย ย

  • Strongย communicatorย andย influencerย who can align executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.ย ย

  • Must have a strong executive presenceย withย board-ready communicationย skills.ย

  • Highย integrity, low ego,ย accountabilityย driven with a collaborative, outcome-oriented style aligned to Thrive core values (People, Client, Attitude, Ownership).ย

  • Comfortable driving change in complex environmentsย
