Job description

Job Title: Digital Video Producer
Department: Content
Reports To: Sr. Manager, Creative Content
Job Summary:
The Digital Video Producer will be directly responsible for producing content that furthers the FCC brand and its perspective into the sports landscape to grow and engage an audience through digital platforms. This position will work collaboratively with multiple departments to create engaging content on a daily basis with a focus on long-form and short-form video content.
What You'll Do:
  • Produce end-to-end video content, including creative direction, filming, and post-production editing while providing technical and creative direction and support to promote FC Cincinnati
  • Shoot and edit long-form and short-form video features for social media, digital, stadium and broadcast
  • Create video for delivery on all platforms in multiple aspect ratios, including social, stadium, and broadcast
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop concepts and content
  • Find new and exciting ways to amplify the FCC digital and matchday experience
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and identify ways to get FCC in the conversation
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content to increase revenue and brand recognition
  • May be required to travel, which may include air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights

What You'll Bring:
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong knowledge/understanding of:
    • Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
    • Video production equipment (cinema cameras and live stream software)
    • Lighting, color grading, and motion graphics
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, think creatively, multi-task, and effectively communicate
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills, including superior attention to detail

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training or experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in Cinematography, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours, including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
