Job description

Primeritus Financial Services is a national provider of repossession management, remarketing, titled, and skip tracing services to the automotive finance industry in the United States and Puerto Rico. Primeritus provides clients with value-added, outsourced repossession management, skip tracing investigations, and remarketing services by leveraging a national network of certified agents and unique investigative techniques to quickly and reliably secure customers’ collateral. Through effective leadership, service, and performance, Primeritus Financial Services offers the trifecta of repossession services: locate, recover, and remarket. This is an in-office role working Hybrid from our Raleigh, NC office.
Vendor Performance Manager
The Vendor Performance Manager is responsible for managing the partnerships and performance of all independent third party recovery agent contractors. This role monitors and coaches vendors in an assigned territory, assists with the identification of performance improvement opportunities, and communicates any escalated issues or concerns to the Senior Vendor Management team.

• Identifies performance concerns and coverage gaps, works with contractors to improve their performance, and drives positive performance.
• Reviews with Vendor Performance Lead for possible suspension or dismissal of contractors that are consistently substandard performers while informing Vendor Performance team of replacements needed.
• Analyzes and monitors market performance and suggests possible market allocation changes to the Senior Vendor Management team to drive performance.
• Sets performance goals and facilitates scheduled monthly review calls for underperforming or uncompliant agents; maintains vendor action plans ensuring improvement is made and disciplinary action is taken with agents that do not comply or improve set expectations.
• Creates and presents quarterly performance reviews for top performing agents.
• Maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned region with a detailed plan on how to address sub-par performance, tailored for specific markets.
Job Requirements
• HS Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred .
• Prior experience with Third-party vendor management and customer success roles preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience reporting research results preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Knowledge of / experience with state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Gramm-Leach – Bliley Act (GLBA) preferred.
