Join Strategic Partner Services to help shape how JPMorganChase Marketing and CCB Communications manage and govern third-party partnerships. You will help optimize a complex vendor landscape while strengthening disciplined risk management and control alignment. You will also advance responsible, AI-enabled process improvements that elevate stakeholder and supplier experiences.
As Vendor Management Strategy, Senior Associate on the Strategic Partner Services team, you will support end-to-end vendor management and third-party governance activities across a diverse supplier portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders, control partners, sourcing teams, and suppliers to drive operational execution, portfolio reporting, and vendor landscape optimization. You will identify and apply AI-enabled tools to streamline processes, enhance insights, and improve business outcomes with a strong risk mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support supplier onboarding, engagement lifecycle management, and governance execution across assigned vendors
  • Coordinate contract intake, renewals, and related stakeholder inputs to enable timely vendor decisions
  • Manage invoice processing workflows and track payment status to support operational accuracy
  • Monitor vendor third-party governance requirements and flag gaps to appropriate partners
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and portfolio reporting to deliver actionable business insights
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Escalate emerging issues with clear context and recommended next steps to support decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations teams on reviews
  • Drive execution of strategic supplier initiatives through organized planning and follow-through
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and streamline processes
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes effectively to audiences from working teams to senior leaders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bring 4+ years of experience in vendor management, business operations, governance, sourcing/procurement support, or related fields
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and act as an effective intermediary
  • Apply a strong risk mindset and sound judgment when managing third-party activities
  • Produce clear analytical reporting by building dashboards, presentations, and portfolio views
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally while tailoring messages to different audiences
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance business outcomes
