The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications and Business Management & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Chief Client Office (CCO) the Business Manager supports CCO by leading a wide variety of global activities by working with key internal partners. Find opportunities for process improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organizations' efficiency. This Business Manager role will be primarily focused on providing single-threaded ownership of governance, prioritization, and delivery oversight across the Chief Client Office's most critical initiatives and client outreaches.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own governance standards, rosters, cadence, minutes, and follow-ups for Client Advisory Councils, ensuring they are outcome-focused and well-run.
  • Act as the central owner of the Client Lead and OCRM Book of Work within the CCO, coordinating across Product Management, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end CCO Book of Work, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Drive CCO Leadership governance forums with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives and leadership reporting, supported by standard templates and artefacts.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements to governance, oversight, and execution discipline.
  • Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business.
  • Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses.
  • Support key internal and external governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and ensuring they are resolved by working with cross functional partners.
  • Provide data insights/reporting and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, decision-making forums, and execution discipline.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to produce executive-level reporting and challenge constructively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Client, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint) preferred.
  • Global collaboration: applies global perspective when working within a team by being aware of own style and ensuring all relevant parties are involved in key team tasks and decisions.
