We're looking for a Director of Business Management who brings both strategic thinking and commercial acumen to the table. This is a highly visible, business-critical position that partners directly with account leadership to influence decisions, drive performance, and fuel growth across the agency.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage health of a portfolio of accounts while acting as a true partner to client teams. You'll help guide everything from forecasting and revenue strategy to profitability and long-term business planning.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo. You enjoy connecting the dots between numbers and business outcomes, and you're motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact-both internally and with clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with account/client services teams and influence senior stakeholders - Experience working within healthcare or pharma advertising is strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
