The Impact you will have in this role:
  • Support planning, execution, tracking, and closure of assigned projects across their full lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables 
  • Drive day-to-day execution across workstreams, escalating risks, issues, and dependencies as needed 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, business, vendors, and shared services
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between delivery teams and stakeholders 
  • Facilitate project meetings, including agendas, action logs, and followups 
  • Produce clear, concise, and executiveready communications and presentations
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reporting (milestones, risks, issues, financials) 
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance, delivery standards, and control processes 
  • Track RAID items and ensure timely mitigation and resolution 
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

  • Proven ability to navigate effectively and efficiently within a large matrix company, see the big picture and drive enterprise first thinking.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail. Ability to translate complex technical and financial subjects and to easily understood concepts.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. A team player who is able to build consensus and work across a large and diverse global organization.
  • Ability to learn quickly work affectively with a little direction and be willing to take the lead were appropriate.

Demonstrated leadership skills and be flexible around changing priorities.
 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
