What Youll Do

As the Assistant Property Manager, youll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, financial performance, staff supervision, resident satisfaction, and facility upkeep. Youll serve as the face of the community and a key liaison between residents, vendors, and corporate leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the property team in achieving leasing, occupancy, and retention goals
  • Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and lease enforcement
  • Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking
  • Supervise and develop on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams
