Job description

Position: Property Supervisor

Location: San Francisco, CA

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and safety programs.
  • Supervise and support on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, and other affordable housing programs.
  • Maintain strong resident and community relations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of affordable housing property management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit regulations.
