Job description

Onsite Condominium Association Manager

Position Summary

The Association is seeking a professional, customer-focused Onsite Condo Association Manager to oversee the daily operations. This individual will serve as the primary onsite representative, ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, secure, and operating efficiently while providing exceptional service to residents, the Board of Directors, vendors, and commercial unit owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for residents, owners, guests, and vendors.
  • Perform daily inspections of the property to identify maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and security concerns.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and building improvement projects from start to completion.
  • Manage resident amenities, including storage room assignments, key fob credentials, party room reservations, and bulletin boards.
  • Monitor building appearance, common areas, parking garage, and building systems to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Assist with incident reporting, security camera reviews, and coordination with emergency responders when necessary.
  • Support Board meetings by preparing meeting spaces, materials, and administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance requests, vendor activities, resident services, and building operations.
  • Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and the Board regarding community operations, resident concerns, and ongoing projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the Association committees to support approved initiatives and community events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in onsite condominium management required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to walk the property daily and perform routine inspections.
