On-Site Property Manager / Administrator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: TBD

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused On-Site Property Manager / Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a residential property in Germantown, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional service to property owners while coordinating onsite activities.


This position will work under the direction of the Portfolio Manager and will serve as an onsite point of contact for owners, vendors, and property-related matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to property owners.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for owner inquiries and property-related concerns.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and report findings to the Portfolio Manager.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding onsite property needs and services.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration and operation of the property.
  • Maintain professional communication with owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to the Portfolio Manager as appropriate.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager with additional onsite property management responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous property management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to interact effectively with property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while following direction from the Portfolio Manager.
  • Proficiency with property management software is a plus.


Software

Experience with Vantaca is preferred; however, training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified and able to learn the system.
