UX Program Manager
Hybrid 4 days a week in Stamford, CT
The UX/CX Program Manager serves as the operational leader supporting the Customer Experience and Design organization. This individual transforms strategic CX and product objectives into coordinated, executable workstreams that enable designers, researchers, strategists, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of project management and customer experience, bringing structure, accountability, and repeatable processes to complex, fast-moving initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, communicator, and relationship-builder who understands how UX and CX teams operate. They proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, facilitate alignment, and create scalable processes that improve collaboration across functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable and repeatable processes that support collaboration across UX, CX, Research, Product, Technology, and Content teams.
  • Create project plans, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and dependency tracking for complex initiatives.
  • Monitor progress against goals and deliverables.
  • Surface, communicate, and mitigate project risks before they impact outcomes.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Communicate program health, project status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and working teams.
  • Build trust and alignment among stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Support UX/CX teams by ensuring projects remain organized and execution stays on track.
  • Coordinate competing priorities while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and design quality.
  • Drive accountability without creating unnecessary process overhead.
  • Continuously improve team operations and delivery methodologies.

This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
