We are looking for a Client Solutions Coordinator to serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for our customers and a key part of helping projects move smoothly from idea to installation. This is not an ordinary sales job. This is a consultative sales and project coordination role. This dynamic, customer-facing role blends front-counter sales, account support, project coordination, web request follow-up, and administrative follow-through. You'll work directly with customers, prepare estimates, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure every project is handled with care. Working across a four-location franchise means every day brings variety, teamwork, and creative projects that are visible throughout the community. It's a fun, fast-moving, and exciting environment for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, organization, and seeing ideas come to life.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls with a positive, professional attitude
  • Monitor and respond to web requests, online inquiries, and lead submissions in a timely and professional manner
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, timelines, budgets, and project requirements
  • Recommend signage, graphics, branding, and visual communication solutions
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and work orders
  • Follow up on quotes and help convert opportunities into sales
  • Process deposits, payments, invoicing, and basic billing tasks
  • Coordinate projects with design, production, and installation teams
  • Communicate timelines, approvals, updates, and changes clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and project details
  • Support quality control by reviewing job details, proofs, and completed work as needed
  • Help ensure customers receive an excellent experience from first contact through final delivery
  • Support marketing efforts such as project photos, social media content, direct mail, and customer outreach

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with consultative selling, problem-solving, and helping customers make decisions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, email, and general business software
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific tools such as POS, CRM, estimating, and project management software
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

The following experience is helpful but not required:
  • Sign, graphics, printing, marketing, or visual communications industry experience
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, POS software, or project management tools
  • Proven sales experience, especially consultative or solution-based selling
