Job Description

Pardot is hiring experienced and genuine humans to join our Solutions Team. You'll swoop in to save the day when a customer needs technical assistance. You'll also build relationships as you collaborate with other teams within our awesome Customers For Life department to make the customer experience second to none.

The perfect candidate will be an enthusiastic champion for customer service, an outstanding and friendly communicator (written and verbal), and will have a proficiency for picking up intricate or technical concepts quickly and helping others do the same. 

They have a natural curiosity and love of solving puzzles, and are real team-players who thrive in a collaborative environment. They also love to laugh, and don't mind hunting down the perfect .gif for just the right moment.


Responsibilities:

- Research and respond to technical support requests from our growing client base through email, chat, and phone support. 

-Develop creative strategies with clients to find solutions to their marketing automation quandaries. 

-Help identify trending customer issues or bugs and escalate as appropriate to our engineering teams.

-Give phenomenal customer service and leave our customers feeling exceptional.

Qualifications

Requirements:

At least 1 year of technical support experience

Based in Atlanta, San Francisco, Dublin, Or Sydney

BA/BS degree with strong academic record

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization.
