Basic Function: The Advisor Solutions Coordinator role at Lincoln is a critical support position within the Financial Planning & Advisor Solutions team. This role will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across multiple business lines including Financial Planning, Asset Management Consulting (AMC), Annuities, and Insurance.

This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can work across multiple priorities and contribute directly to advisor growth by supporting client deliverables, platform reporting, proposal creation, model maintenance, and process execution. The Advisor Solutions Coordinator will serve as a key internal resource to ensure that advisors and internal team members receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support.

Responsibilities

  • Advisor & Practice Support
    • Provide direct support to the Financial Planning and Advisor Solutions team by assisting with requests related to investments, financial planning, annuities, and insurance.
    • Assist in preparing materials and documentation needed for advisor meetings, client reviews, and business development initiatives.
    • Assist with gathering and organizing investment, product, and account data needed for advisor consultations.
    • Partner with internal team members to ensure follow-up on advisor needs, case progression, and team initiatives.
  • Proposal & Model Support:
    • Create and support client-facing proposals through Wove and other Lincoln technology platforms.
    • Support the AMC team with analysis and proposal preparation tied to managed solutions such as Premier Asset Management and Personal Portfolio Management.
    • Support Morningstar reporting and performance analysis, including model review and maintenance.
    • Serve as a functional resource on Lincoln platforms and tools including Wove, NetX360+, AdvisorLinc, FP Connect, and Wealth Reporting & Insights.
  • Financial Planning Support:
    • Provide support for financial planning deliverables, including plan preparation, data gathering, and coordination of required documentation.
    • Assist Financial Planning Consultants with workflow management and administrative preparation related to financial plan presentations.
  • Annuity & Insurance Support:
    • Provide administrative and case support for annuity and insurance business
    • Assist in gathering illustrations, product comparisons, and supporting documentation for annuity and insurance proposals.
    • Support internal team members in ensuring accurate and timely processing within the Insurance Exchange

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience with managed accounts, investment reporting, or portfolio analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Morningstar, Wove, NetX, and/or financial planning platforms preferred.
  • Series licensing (6/7/63/66) is a plus but not required (depending on scope and compliance structure).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
