Job Requirements

The Director - Client Solutions is a full-time leadership role responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that align with the organizations long-term vision. This position collaborates with regional offices, account managers, and technical sales teams to drive strategic initiatives and support national account growth. Key duties include leading the creation of comprehensive solution proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing pricing strategies, and serving as the primary contact throughout the proposal process. The Manager also supports business development, mentors teams, ensures strategic alignment between corporate and regional offices, monitors market trends, and oversees team performance to achieve business objectives.


Work Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required. MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of industry-related experience required including three years in upper management required.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Andover Controls Infinity and Continuum product lines or other building automation software preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of CAD software and MS Office suite, Oracle, IIS, MS-SQL preferred.
