Neuwirth & Ashford CPAs PLLC is a Scottsdale-based CPA firm serving approximately 2,000 individual and business clients. We are known for high-touch service, thoughtful communication, and a proactive approach to tax and financial guidance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Client Coordinator to support the Managing Partner and help keep client work moving efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and organize a high-volume email inbox, including drafting client responses for review
  • Serve as a point of contact for client communication and ensure timely follow-up
  • Track tax return status and follow up on open items with clients and team members
  • Assist with document collection and client portal coordination
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and priorities
  • Prepare and send client-facing communications and updates
  • Support internal workflow processes and deadlines
  • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
