About Us:
We are looking for a Full-Time Unit Secretary to join our vibrant team of healthcare professionals at Broad Reach Healthcare in Chatham, Cape Cod!
We are a group of talented individuals dedicated to pursuing fulfilling careers while providing exceptional patient care. Starting pay ranges from $21/hr to $25/hr based on experience.
Unit Secretary Responsibilities:
  • Schedule MD appointments for new admissions and coordinate with families.
  • Complete clinical referrals, emergency transfer documents, and patient chart setup.
  • Manage patient door/bed tags, update CNA schedules, and maintain Lab book.
  • Schedule in-house hair appointments and coordinate therapy sessions.
  • Answer phone calls, assist visitors/vendors, and provide patient support as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
