Morton Plant Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation is seeking a Department Secretary to provide front-office and administrative support for a busy hospital-based outpatient rehab department. This role is essential in supporting patients, therapists, and leadership by ensuring efficient daily operations, excellent customer service, and accurate administrative processes.
Department Secretary responsibilities:
  • Provides general secretarial support to the department
  • Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Managing inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members
  • Word processing and computer program use
  • Directing calls
  • Recording minutes at assigned meetings
  • Time and attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 year - Office Related
