Job description

Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties.  Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.   High School Graduate or equivalent required for all new hires, effective April 2014.

2.   Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred.

3.   Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

4.   Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

5.   Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.
