Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a motivated and adaptable Traveling Operations Specialist to join our IL and Iowa team. In this high-impact, guest-focused role, you’ll travel to support multiple studios across your assigned region, ensuring smooth operations, consistent service, and an elevated Chapter experience at every location.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55K+ depending on experience and market, plus expanded earning potential (eligible for monthly incentive pay)
Location: Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations (Chicago, Sioux City, Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Davenport, West DesMoines)

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to various Chapter studios to provide operational and guest service support
• Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities
• Step into key front-of-house roles (Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support) as needed
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Chapter brand standards
• Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to drive rebooking and retention
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios
• Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to support performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations

• Leadership experience a plus, as you will fill in for Studio Managers as needed
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
• Personable, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
