Travel Program Director, Diventures Travel, LLC Role Profile

The Travel Program Director leads Diventures Travel, LLC's wholesale and retail scuba diving travel business, driving growth through expert use of organizational resources, industry knowledge, and supplier partnerships. This role owns travel operations, supplier relationships, customer service delivery, and strategic product development-ensuring operational excellence and a competitive market position.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Travel Program Director serves on the Store Support Leadership Team, contributing to key business strategy, growth initiatives, and long-range planning. This role partners with store, travel, and sales teams on revenue generation, cross-functional projects, supplier negotiation, and process improvement.

The Travel Program Director mentors travel specialists, sales associates, and client service managers-championing their growth and building a culture of excellence and customer-first service.
