Jani-King is looking for an Operations Advisor to help deliver exceptional service to our commercial cleaning customers while supporting our franchise owners. What You'll Do

  • Visit customer accounts to ensure service quality and satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and franchise owners
  • Conduct inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues
  • Document visits and maintain accurate records in our WebApp
  • Communicate with franchise owners to ensure timely follow-up
  • Partner with the Operations team to improve customer retention

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of customer service, operations, account management, or field service experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • Commercial cleaning, facilities management, or franchise experience is a plus
