You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive care. • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine the needs and conditions of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that consider their unique backgrounds, personal goals, and cultural contexts, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients experiencing acute distress receive appropriate and timely support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory guidelines and clinic standards.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to exchange insights and coordinate care strategies for clients, ensuring continuity and excellence in treatment.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest research, techniques, and trends in mental health to incorporate contemporary practices into your therapeutic approach.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of every client is respected and maintained at all times.

At Intertwined Trauma-informed Therapy Clinic, you will primarily work with clients who have experienced a variety of traumas, including but not limited to psychological, emotional, and situational adversities. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and cultures seeking support for emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. Your role will be pivotal in creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust, safety, and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in providing culturally competent care and establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds is essential.
• Demonstrated competence in therapeutic methodologies such as CBT and DBT, with an understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

• Experience in community mental health settings or clinics that focus on trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools to efficiently provide remote counseling services.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
