Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand each client’s unique needs.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals, challenges, and cultural backgrounds of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats—individual, couple, family, and group therapy—utilizing methods such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to ongoing staff training.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions, ensuring patient confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in trauma-informed care practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Expertise in group therapy facilitation and community outreach.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
