Who We Are

Keystone Quality Transport and LifeStar Response are one of the region's largest medical transportation organizations. Every day, hundreds of EMTs, Paramedics, Dispatchers, Mechanics, Wheelchair Operators, Communication Specialists, Fleet Teams, and support staff come together to make a difference in the lives of thousands of patients.

The problem?

Most people never get to see everything that's happening across our company.

That's where you come in.

Your Mission…Be our storyteller.

Travel to our locations, meet our teams, capture amazing moments, celebrate our people, and show the world—and our employees—what makes this such an incredible place to work.

You'll help us build pride, strengthen our culture, celebrate wins, support recruiting, and make sure every employee feels connected to something bigger than just their own location.

What You'll Be Doing

  • No two days will ever look the same.
  • One day you might be filming a new ambulance delivery.
  • The next, you're interviewing an EMT who just helped deliver a baby.

  • Then you're putting together an employee spotlight, creating a recruitment video, covering a community event, celebrating work anniversaries, or highlighting a mechanic who's keeping our fleet on the road.

You'll:

  • Capture photos and videos around our operations.
  • Create Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and engaging social media content.
  • Write fun, engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Celebrate employee milestones, promotions, certifications, birthdays, and accomplishments.
  • Highlight our crews, dispatchers, mechanics, and support teams.
  • Showcase community events, training, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Help create employee appreciation campaigns and recognition programs.
  • Keep employees informed with engaging internal communications.
  • Create recruiting content that makes people want to join our tea
  • Travel throughout our service area to tell the stories happening every day.

You're Probably a Great Fit If...

  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people.
  • You can turn ordinary moments into great stories.
  • Your camera roll is overflowing.
  • You know what makes people stop scrolling.
  • You're creative but organized.
  • You don't wait to be told what to do—you see opportunities and make them happen.
  • You're comfortable walking into a room where you don't know anyone and leaving with five new friends.
  • You love learning new apps, trends, and creative ideas.
  • You don't mind getting your shoes dirty if it means getting the perfect shot.
  • Bonus Points If You...
    • Know Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
    • Have experience with photography or videography.
    • Have managed social media for a business or organization.
    • Understand branding and content strategy.
    • Have experience in healthcare, EMS, or public safety (not required—but definitely a plus!).

Why You'll Love It Here

This isn't a desk job.

You'll be out in the field, riding along with crews, attending events, celebrating employees, visiting bases across four states, and creating content that actually matters.

You'll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up, help shape our culture, and become the person who tells the story of an organization making a real impact every single day.

If you're looking for a job where your creativity has purpose, your work gets noticed, and your ideas can make a difference, we'd love to meet you.

Bring your creativity. Bring your camera. Bring your ideas. We'll provide the stories.
