Merakey is seeking aRemoteOVR Transition Coordinator to support students and participants with disabilities in preparing for employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Hampden, PA area.

OVR Transition Coordinator (Remote - Must Be Based in Hampden, PA)
$24.00/hour | Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
  • Work with adolescents from 14-21
  • Support the development and implementation of transition programming for students/participants
  • Partner with teachers and staff to meet transition and vocational goals
  • Coordinate career exploration, job readiness, and community-based experiences
  • Collaborate with OVR, local employers, and community agencies
  • Serve as a liaison between Merakey programs and external partners
  • Assist in creating hands-on vocational opportunities, including workforce skill-building activities
  • Communicate regularly with students, families, and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with program standards
